All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

This applies to:

  • VST Plugins (Vibe EQ, Vibe Compressor, Mafianie Space, and all CME Audio plugins)
  • Beats and instrumentals
  • Songs with hooks
  • Digital albums and music downloads
  • Merch and apparel (including all CME Collection items, hats, and accessories)
  • Recording session templates and digital files
  • Memberships and subscription access (Song Vault, Music Vault, Elite Access, Supporter Tier)

Our Delivery Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we guarantee delivery of every product purchased.

  • Digital products (VSTs, beats, songs, templates, albums) — you will receive your download link or file. If you did not receive it or had a technical issue, contact us and we will make it right.
  • Merch and physical orders — if your order is lost, damaged in transit, or never arrives, contact us with your order details and we will work with you to resolve it.
  • Beat and song licenses — if there is an issue with your file or license documentation, we will resend or correct it at no charge.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a delivery issue may result in your account being flagged and access to future purchases being restricted. We take fraud prevention seriously and document all orders and deliveries.
