Payment is processed securely through Shopify, PayPal, or Gumroad depending on the product. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

All original music, beats, songs with hooks, lyrics, artwork, VST plugins, brand assets, and content on this site are the intellectual property of T Mafianie / Cabana Music Empire and are protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a beat, song, or digital product does not transfer ownership. It grants you a license to use that product under the specific terms of the license you purchased (non-exclusive, exclusive, or otherwise). License terms vary by product and are provided at the time of purchase.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or use of any product outside of its licensed scope is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

VST plugins are licensed for personal or commercial use as specified at the time of purchase. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute any CME Audio plugin.
