Digital Products — Instant Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical shipping is involved.

This includes:

VST plugins (Vibe EQ, Vibe Compressor, Mafianie Space)
Beats and instrumentals
Songs with hooks
Digital albums and music downloads
Recording session templates
Ebooks and digital guides

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email at the address you provided at checkout. Delivery is typically immediate. If you do not receive your download within 1 hour, check your spam folder first, then contact us at tmafianie101@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it promptly.

Physical Products — Merch and Apparel

All CME Collection merch including clothing and headwear is physical and ships to the address you provide at checkout.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States after the order ships. International shipping times vary by destination and may take longer.

Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or similar carriers depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at tmafianie101@gmail.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your physical order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery window, contact us at tmafianie101@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it. We stand behind every order we ship.

International Orders

We currently ship merch internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
